IMPLEMENTATION OF DESIGN THINKING METHODS IN UI/UX DESIGNING JOB SEARCHING APPLICATIONS

Major changes in the job search have occurred with development of digital age. Therefore, user experience enhancement (UserExperience, UX) and interface (UserInterface, UI) applications is becoming an urgent need. This study aims to explore application methoddesign thinkingin designing UI/UX a namedCareer Hunt.Design thinking, user-centric approach, enabling developers understand deeply needs, challenges expectations users, create innovative effective solutions. There are five stages used this study: empathy, definition, ideation,prototype, testing / test. In study, interviews contextual observations were conducted gain deeper understanding behavior needs. Based on these findings, main issues need be solved, then facilitate sessionbrainstormingto generate variety potential Then, developprototypebased those ideas do testing.feedbackreceived for literacy further improvement.
